Mr. Filipic began his career as a professional footballer in Croatia before transitioning into finance and real estate.

 

He co-founded Top Step Finance, providing funding solutions, and later established TCB Realty in 2021, specialising in selling luxury real estate, as well as property repositioning in the Southeastern U.S.

 

Inspired by his "Taking Care of Business" mindset, he built TCB into a brand that resonates with resilience and determination.

 

Now, he aims to expand TCB Realty into the Australian market, leveraging his extensive network and expertise to redefine Real Estate in Australia.
